Introduction

The partners own substantial land, commercial, residential and industrial in the United Kingdom and Overseas, some of our current projects are;

Current Projects — UK and Overseas

United Kingdom Based

  1. Developing and building of commercial office buildings and leisure center on Solstice Park, which is a 1 million square foot development on the main A303 between London and Portsmouth. We are using our own construction company Sunstone Construction and Hamilton Associates architects who are incorporating the very latest design techniques making the buildings highly attractive, practical and eco friendly.

  2. We are just finishing a two-year project, which includes three industrial, and office sites. All letting forecasts have been exceeded and we expect 100% occupancy by the end of the year this has effectively doubled the value of the investment.

  3. Currently we are;

    1. Purchasing and developing blocks of flats and houses in the South of England.

    2. We are seeking to import and build low cost housing units for key workers

Overseas Projects

  1. Posh Villas Spain. Marketing, building and buying a project consisting of 30 villas in Spain for the rental market. These are built or restored to a very high specification to represent the “Posh Brand”. We currently have completed 7, which were fully let over the summer months, 3 more are underway.

  2. Chateau in France. Purchased by us January 2006, this magnificent 17th Century Chateau is steeped in history and is being completely restored to a high standard and will have 50 bedrooms accommodated in 30 suites. We will be marketing this Internationally.

  3. Castle in Spain built 70A.D. This has been the residence or has played a part of our history to date. Christopher Columbus stayed and signed the treaties with King Phillip for the New World. Many of the Royalty of Spain and Europe including the Kings and Princes of the Arabian world and many of the “Hollywood Golden Age” including Grace Kelly. The Castle has been re stored to a very high standard and is fully air-conditioned. The antiques are exceptional many date back to the 15th century. We will be creating 45 suites.

Middleton Business retains ownership of all of the above projects apart from the Castle where we have an option and are in final negotiations.
